Terms and conditions: Tickets
1. all tickets cannot be exchanged if the event takes place. Section 312 G paragraph 2 no. 9 BGB applies. This also applies to unredeemed free autographs/selfies, as these are only additional offers without the right to claim.
2. in the case of open-air events, claims for damages due to adverse weather conditions are generally excluded.
3. line-up and programme changes do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract, to return the tickets or to reduce the purchase price.
4. in the event of a general cancellation of a performance due to force majeure, a refund of the admission fee is excluded.
5. should a performance already in progress have to be cancelled (guideline: after approx. 1/3 of the performance duration of the current performance), the organiser reserves the right to offer a replacement performance at a defined time, refund the admission fee or replace tickets or vouchers.
6. in the event of cancellation before the start of the performance, the organiser may offer either a replacement performance at a specific time or a refund of the admission fee.
7. the organiser reserves the right to postpone the start of the performance for weather-related reasons.
8. announced star guests have the option of cancelling their performance at any time. Should this occur, autograph and photo tickets will of course be refunded. However, this does not apply to admission tickets of any kind. Hotel, travel and similar expenses will not be reimbursed by the organiser.
9. the organiser will endeavour to hold the performance outdoors even if the weather is doubtful and would like to point out that the open-air stages will also be used in the event of rain. We therefore recommend that our guests wear rainproof clothing, but do not use umbrellas, as they impair visibility.
10. professional sound, photo, film or video recordings before, during and after the performance - even for private use - are prohibited or require prior permission. The organiser is entitled to take any recordings made in this way or, if technically possible, to delete them.
11 Image or sound recordings are made by authorised persons during individual performances. When purchasing an admission ticket, the visitor agrees that he/she may be recorded in image and/or word and that the recordings may be published and utilised without prior agreement.
12. the instructions of the staff employed by the organiser must be followed.
13. claims for damages by visitors to the event, in particular for damage to the cloakroom, are excluded. In this context, it is expressly pointed out that these are exclusively open-air events. It is the responsibility of the visitors to ensure that they are dressed appropriately for the weather.
14. it is agreed between the organiser and the customer that the customer uses the services of the organiser at his own risk.
15 German law shall apply exclusively.
16. should one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions shall remain unaffected.
