IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT THE EVENT

• Children under the age of 7 (age on the day of the event counts) do not need a ticket.

• People with a severely disabled pass marked ‘B’ may bring an accompanying person free of charge. It is essential that the disabled person's pass and ID card are shown at the entrance. Thank you for your understanding.

• All tickets cannot be exchanged if the event takes place. Section 312 G paragraph 2 no. 9 BGB applies. This also applies to unredeemed free autographs/selfies, as these are only additional offers without the right to claim them.

• Children under the age of 13 are generally also permitted at the photo ops (however, at least one ticket must always be purchased). On the day of the event, visitors are subject to the official guidelines, rules and, if applicable, corona measures in force at the time of the event. A change in the above-mentioned measures is not a reason for cancellation.
