Children under the age of 13 (age on the day of the event counts) do not need a ticket! Attention: it gets scary here and there; parents are responsible and liable for their children.

People with a severely disabled pass marked ‘B’ may bring an accompanying person free of charge. It is essential that the disabled person's pass and ID card are shown at the entrance. Thank you for your understanding.

On the day of the event, the official regulations, rules and, if applicable, corona measures in force at the time of the event apply to visitors. A change in the above-mentioned measures is not a reason for cancellation.

 

All tickets are excluded from exchange if the event takes place. Section 312 G paragraph 2 no. 9 BGB applies. This also applies to unredeemed free autographs/selfies, as these are only additional offers without the right to claim them.

Announced star guests have the option of cancelling their appearance at any time; this is annoying, but unavoidable in the business. Should this happen, autograph and photo tickets will of course be refunded. However, this does not apply to admission tickets of any kind.

Applies only to our festival, not to ‘Welcome to Starcourt Cinema’:

From now on, convention (not market!) tickets for ‘Saturday / Sunday / Weekend’ include the possibility to receive a simple autograph and a selfie from each star guest (if the star guest offers selfies - if not, this cannot be claimed). Exceptions to this rule are our special guests.  The selfie is only valid for one person plus the star guest.  The tickets only guarantee admission to the event, everything else is a voluntary additional offer on our part.

The admission ticket is not an autograph/selfie ticket, i.e. there is neither a guarantee nor a right to demand autographs and selfies. It is merely an additional offer that we and the star guests provide during the event and which may only be used by a limited number of ticket holders. We ask you to treat each other with respect so that as many fans as possible can enjoy the event and everyone feels comfortable.

The free autographs and selfies may only be collected in combination with a valid convention ticket - this also excludes the possibility of one person collecting more than 1 autograph per star guest at the same time. In addition, our system will only allow you to collect the autograph & selfie of a star guest at the same time - exceptions of course prove the rule, but we ask you to stick to the system. The system will be announced a few weeks before the event. 

 

 

Normal autograph, selfie and photo-op tickets will continue to be available.

At the photo-ops, you can take a companion into the picture free of charge. Children under the age of 13 are generally also allowed at the photo-ops (however, at least one ticket must always be purchased).
